Light cream cheese, mild salsa (or to liking), vegetarian ground tofu crumble, taco seasoning, old cheddar
Layer cream cheese and salsa in dish. Heat veggie crumble in micro wave adding desired amount of taco seasoning. Layer veggie crumble over salsa and cream cheese, add grated cheese. Grab your favorite Broghies (corn tostadas are great with this)—START DIPPING!!
